The total price includes your stay, scheduled activities to include the welcome dinner, wine tasting, and cowboy cookout and trail ride.
Please note that rooms are not being held and are subject to the current best available room rate. Rooms are subject to availability. Please book early to secure your spot.
Flights and Transfers
Flights and transfers are not included in your package due to varying departures and preferences, but Saddle Sojourn is happy to assist with these. We recommend flying into Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport.
Car rentals, private transfers, and Groome Airport Shuttles are available from PHX to Sedona. Please note: Enchantment is located a little over 2 hours from the airport.
Recommended flight arrival time in PHX is prior to 2:00 pm. For departing flights, we recommend leaving after 12:00 pm for ease of travel from Sedona to PHX.
Payment #1 to hold your room, there is a 50% room deposit paid directly to Enchantment Resort. Price is based on the current best available rate. This deposit is refundable until September 14, 2026 and paid directly to Enchantment Resort. Room can be shared by up to 4 participants.
Payment # 2 of $1895 is due by April 24th to Saddle Sojourn Travel. This payment is PER PERSON. If you are sharing a room, each person in the room will be required to fill out a registration form and pay this payment. Each participant will be emailed an invoice prior to this date for this payment. If booking after April 24th, this payment is due at booking.
Payment #3 the remaining room balance will be paid automatically to the hotel, approximately one week prior to checkin.
